PROPERTY LITIGATION SPECIALIST

I originally trained and qualified in the field of Electronic Engineering and subsequently read Law at Brunel University before attending the College of Law in London for my Legal Practice Course, and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2012.

My practice includes general and property litigation, and leasehold  matters, specialising in lease extension and enfranchisement matters, as well as Landlord and Tenant issues for either Landlords or Tenants including service charge disputes, ground rent arrears and the right to first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

With considerable experience in lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims, under both the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, for Freeholders and for Lessees, I am able to provide detailed advice to clients on the processes involved, eligibility, timescales and costs as well as the finer details and idiosyncrasies of the legislation itself.

Having trained as a litigator from the outset of my career in Law, I am also able to provide detailed Dispute Resolution advice to clients on a range of matters, advise on enforcement of judgments and assist resolving disputes before they make it as far as Court proceedings.

I like to discuss a Client’s needs face to face (whether in person or online) where possible and gather a comprehensive insight into their requirements to enable me to advise concisely and accurately from the outset of the matter.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family, watching Rugby, travelling the country in my 1972 VW Campervan or travelling further afield.
